July 2025 All Members Meeting
We are quickly running out of retirement prints, and need to add a budget line for the remainder of 2025 to ensure that the coming retirees are shown appreciation from Local 649.

Information relevant to adding this proposed budget line addition:
-We have received an influx of retirements and are down to 4 retirement prints remaining. No matter what we do on a go forward basis, we need a budget line in order to do that. In 2024 we had 23 retirements. As of July 3 2025, we are at 25 retirements in 2025 so far.
-What we are currently doing is providing members with a Glen Scrimshaw print for those who have completed 25 years or more. Members who completed at least 20 to 24 years of service have been getting a $200 pre paid Visa, 15-19 years has gotten a $150 pre paid Visa, and 10-14 years has gotten a $100 pre paid Visa.
-Board and Council is recommending we go to $20 per year of service to a maximum of $500.
